CEO and Founder
Michelle founded Carter Resolution Group after her own experience in working in the Corporate Complaints Department for one of the top ten largest financial institutions in the United States. She is on a mission to help bring resolutions as it pertains to customers complaints for small and large businesses. Michelle knows this is a unique area that is oftentimes overlooked but yet is extremely important, especially in the sea of choices customers have today. She has a Sociology degree from Shaw University and Legal Studies Master’s Degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
Michelle is Texas-based with her three kids, and is passionate about helping businesses seamlessly bridge the gap in customer service. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, reading, exercising, and trying new foods.
